I've been toying with Glitch Art and Databending. I'm also working with videos, but I only have porn, so I've just been messing with that. (really surreal shit comes out of it).

Yeah, it just happened to distort nicely. I'm trying to figure out how to pick what color changes occur, but its a bitch, because it seems to change from image to image.

More glitchy shit. I recorded a short video of myself on my webcam, exported the video into individual .bmp frames, resized them to 160x120 .bmps, databent them in audacity (each glitch effect was a different set of effects, and each frame had to be exported separately), then run them back into the program I used to export the frames, and export a .gif.
Originally I had 80+ frames (mostly duplicates), but it ran too slowly, so I had to cut it to about a fourth of that, and I removed a black section that seemed a bit out of place. Original attempt:
