Jazzmaster XII Frankenstein
I've wanted a fender XII forever but the prices are just too outrageous. So I decided to build my own Frankenstein. Bought a strat xii neck on ebay. The rest is from a blacktop jazzy that I bought from julius_deane. The neck fit right in there with no mods. Threw in a lipstip pickup in the bridge. Painted it surf green. Plays real nice.

How's the intonation working out?

Not too bad. The octave strings are a bit off after the 12th fret but it's livable. The jag bridge works pretty well.

NICE! I don't know if it would work or not but you could "maybe" see it a RIC twelve string bridge would work..

Yeah...I'll look into that Ric bridge. There's just not much of a selection for 12 string bridges out there. The Jag bridge works surprising well though. The grooves work well for spacing on the octave strings. The 12 string neck actually plays better than the original neck. Was a blast to work on and it plays so good.

Everybody has a secret world inside of them. All of the people of the world, I mean everybody. No matter how dull and boring they are on the outside, inside them they've all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe
