My voice is really deep because of a cold and I'm mono toning the words to songs; it's way more fun than it should be.

Yup. Tickets ordered

Heeeeey... I didn't want to start a new thread just for this, but a little while ago someone posted a quote by SOMEONE FAMOUS (I think it was a semi-modern painter) that I wish I would have written down. Can't remember where I read it.
It was about art and culture and what culture accepts as art... it was something along the lines of great art being appreciated by culture, or that great art creates culture, or transcends it... uggghhhh I can barely remember the basic idea of it.
Welp. That's really vague.

Re: The what ever thread...
Just decided to be nazi taskmaster with my band and we recorded three demos of originals in a hot-ass shed/barn. It was super ghetto, the three of us just crammed around one mic that was hanging over us. You can hardly hear vocals since we couldn't turn the PA up past 4 without getting feedback. We'll need to record some better vocal tracks at some point.
Just listening to them, they actually are pretty good. I didn't have my extension cab and I really couldn't hear my guitar because I had to stand behind my amp, and that thing 75 was CRANKED.
