lol. honestly, i only watched the first 2 episodes. Dushku killed me and it wasn't that entrancing. does it get better? and did it end abruptly where i'll be pissed that they didna get to finish it off?

I agree that the first 5-6 episodes aren't that great at all (and neither is her acting...), but once it's more about the supporting cast and a proper plot develops, OH MY GOSH it's one of my favourite shows. Season 2 is just good start to finish, and epitaph 1&2 are impressively good.


And I don't understand film trailers. They always give away far too much so I stay away. I know what films I want to see because they have actors/directors/writers I like, or I see a good review (and a good review can avoid spoilerz!), or a friend recommends them.

Yeah trailers can ruin things sometimes...like Tucker and Dale VS Evil.
As hilarious as the movie was, they give away nearly every big scene in the movie in the trailer

I'm a sucker for Horror films, so I'm super excited for this.

And I'm the exact opposite. I don't want somthing that tries to be clever or campy by abusing old idioms. I'd much rather see the absurd amount of money wasted on shitty horror movies go to innovative filmmakers who are going to attempt to do something new and creative.

But once again that's just me. We can't ALL be tasteful geniuses :P

What you just said there, about buffy... i've suddenly realised the trailer isn't crap, i've been looking at it like a straight horror movie stupidly but looking back to buffy when was it ever plain cut.

DOOD. i mean, i'm a huuuuge Whedon fan, but to me it really is all the goodness of what Whedon was doing in Buffy with out some of the problems he ran into with a longer format. seriously one of the most fun movies i've seen in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooong time, horror or not.
