Lifts & numbers mang!? Haven't done serious lifting in a while, so I meant more stuff like pullups, pushups whatever.
My personal best for pushups is 126. Haven't tried maxing out pullups, but I think it would probably be a good number. I usually do 6 sets of 10-12 when I go to the gym.
For lifts I'd have to go back a few years to when I was focusing on that type of stuff more - and was 165. I broke 1000 on leg press (before learning that leg pressing isn't the greatest thing for your knees), and could at the time do a full set of 10 benching 270 (machine) or a little over 200 (bar). I could certainly do neither of those now though.

Glad you abandoned the leg press, hope the knees are doing okay now.

Thanks dude. I'm trying to put that extra effort into core. Lots of pushups, pullups, ab exercises, and cardio. Trying to become more of an all around athlete, and maybe get into short marathons.

Yeah. I don't know why they put that shit in gyms. There are like 5 machines that are just blatantly bad for you that shouldn't be even available.
