What are you using to measure strength?

And are you talking absolute strength (who can lift the most), relative strength (who can lift the most indexed against their age / gender / size), or power (basically who can generate the most force in a given time)?

I train and work with power-lifters, olympic (style) lifters, strongman competitors, bodybuilders, and athletes.

While I am not nearly the size I used to be, I'd wager I'm 'pretty strong'; Most certainly not the strongest (or even close to it) out of everyone on here. :)

I'm definitely not strongest overall, but I'd wager myself in certain exercises against anyone at a similar weight (180).
