I'm a big baseball fan, maybe bigger than any other sport if I were being honest with myself. I'm happy this season is starting so I can stop thinking about the bad taste the Red Sox left in my mouth last year. Last September was just a pathetic display, and really made me realize what a whiny bunch of entitled babies the Red Sox can be. But they are a damn talented team. They're going to make the postseason unless they affirmatively try not to (like last year)

It's funny because a lot of people in Boston are kicking Theo on the way out, questioning how good of a GM he really was, and bringing up his big free-agent misses. But That's really unfair. First of all, everyone misses on free-agents sometimes. Second of all, a lot of people think that some of those big misses were signings that were pushed by ownership, for publicity purposes. And Theo's work in the draft and farm system was amazing. He either drafted or developed Youkilis, Ellsbury, Pedroia, Lester, Buchholz, Papelbon, Bard, Hanley Ramirez (who turned into Beckett and Lowell in trade) and Rizzo (who became Adrian Gonzalez). That is an amazing run of players.

D'awwwww

I'm not a big baseball fan (Guess I gotta root for my home team Brewers :idk: ) but I absolutely love watching the game. Especially stoned. Baseball is the most exciting sport (fact!). At any one time, you know exactly what is going on, but you NEVER know exactly what's going to happen.

Yay baseball!

Hockey > Baseball.

If I'm honest,...baseball is one of those sports that I enjoy immensely in person, especially if I go with a group of friends on dollar dog dollar beer night...but can't stand to watch on TV.

PS NHL Playoffs right around the corner.

The one thing I always notice. MLB playoffs begin when the NHL regular season starts in October,...then as the NHL regular season winds down and the playoffs get into gear,...the MLB regular season starts back up.

Gaul Dangit anything is better than Handegg. Fucking Nascar is better than Handegg.

Maybe I'll become a Mariners fan.
