and for the genesis peeps. def agree w/ the sound engine/chip. the genesis sounds were so raw and bassy...also TOE JAM AND EARLLLL! boom boom clap clap. i never owned a sega product, was always a nintendo kid growing up, but sega had some dope games for sure.

*raises hand* there is an snes, atari, n64 (3 actually), xbox, playstation 2 & 3, and 2 gameboys throughout my house My mom sold my genesis years ago and I don't know where the dreamcast went. This thread needs more Golden Axe and Samurai Showdown.
Raises hand. I only have Zelda and Mario Kart now though. So many good games, even the crappy starter packs had some fun stuff like Brett Hull Hockey '95. Loved Donkey Kong Country, I remember being a little pissed actually that the Sega version of Mortal Kombat showed the graphic Fatalities but SNES didn't. Wish I still had the NES system for shits like Ninja Turtles and the Mario/Duck Hunt/Track & Field triple cassette. Had the cool little running pad that I would just be lazy with and beat it with my fists.
