I don't think it has to be a certain time but anywhere between 7:00pm - 9:00pm GMT... That's like 1:00pm - 3:00pm CST...

Apart from the obvious, what do I do to get in on this? Talk of PMs?

If it helps, I'm in Perth Australia which is the same time as Tokyo & Singapore apparently.
