Pho is tits better than ANY other soup.

...I don't mind beans and rice,...but it's not my favorite thing in the world. It's more like filler or a side dish to me. I do like rice based desserts like Rice Pudding,...and Black Sticky Rice um Pudding,...and,...well Rice Pudding is about all the rice based dessert I can think of.

Oh and Risotto,....eat the shit out of some Risotto.

Black Beans, White Beans, Red Beans, Fava and Lima Beans are just too fucking gritty in texture for me to like,...just ugh,....I like me some Lentils though. Oh and hummus,...that's kind of a bean-ish type of dish. Oh and I like Black Eyed Pea and Ham soup.

I eat lentils and rice every other day. Beans and lentils are my main source of protein at home, but I also eat bacon and chicken to change it up/not hang myself. As a kid, I'd eat rice every day, and had rice pudding too.
Also, hummus is made from chickpeas, or Garbanzo BEANS.

That's what I'm saying,....there's just so much other stuff in hummus to kinda get rid of the graininess and starchiness of the beans. Tahini,....garlic,...fucking olive oil, lemon juice whatever herbs and spices you use...do it right and I love it,....but give me a plate of boiled chickpeas and I'll probably snub my nose at it.

Seriously,...I love hummus,...Falafel too.

I'm picky as fuck but don't get me wrong,...I'm a cook and when I'm preparing food I taste everything I make,...that means I'm trying the smoked trout to make sure it's still good (I hate seafood with the exception of rare/raw Ahi Tuna),...I'm trying the beans (even though I'd rather be poked in the eye with a sharp stick) as I boil them for the white bean hummus to make sure that they are cooked enough to give me the consistency I want. That sorta thing. I'm open minded to try stuff at least once and fuck,...if it's the only thing in the house I'll eat it if I'm hungry enough,...but if I have a choice,...sub meat for beans and rice please.

i've never had pho either 'cause i can't find a place that makes a vegi version. Vietnamese food is fucking delicious. Bahng Sai (no WAY that's spelled right) is awesome. it's like a omelettey thing with shrimp and vegies that you make lettuce wraps out of and dip into Delicious Sauce.

Vietnam was crazy 'cause every meal me and The GrrL ate ended up being two entree's, two or three appetizers, two fruity drinks for me, two or three beers or mixed drinks for her, a dessert each..... and would come out to like $11. and be fucking DELICIOUS.

i'm like the laziest vegi evah. i dated a Muslim grrL when i was younger, never dug on pig that much (bacon is awful) so when i gave it up to get some booty it was no big. quickly most meats tasted weird.

so i do fish and dairy, no land or air meat, and kinda could give a fuck about animals. juat don't like the taste of 'ems.

only thing keeping me under 300 lbs too probably.

Yep I've been about the same since 18 except with the job I have had for the last 4 years I do a lot of heavy lifting [beams and stuff] I pretty much make a P bass look like a strat
