did they do an English translation? i'm doing a huge comics (i wait until a butt load of stuff i like is out in graphic novel format then purchase a two or three hundred challahs of PAGES) buy in a few weeks. will defffffffffffffffinitely add that.

groaw. i KNOW. i keep meaning to watch that. i go through cycles, every 3 or 4 months i get a buncha manga/comics delivered than 3 or 4 months after that a buncha movies and shizz.

I have yet to find anything as great as FlCl.

The one series that comes very very close is Gurren Lagann. Nearly as insane, lots of laughs, the action is entertaining and completely over the top. Plus it has Yoko.

it's cliche, but i still love the classics. i watch Akira and Ghost In The Shell once a year usually. Ghost In The Shell always makes me want to watch that slow polish version of the Matrix for some reason. Avalon? i liked it. not as deep or OMGWTFBBQ STOP KILLING NATURE YOU STOOPID HUMANS as older anime it feels like, but a lot of the same pacing and unreality.

You're a classic. Been forever since I watched Akira and Ghost in the Shell, Akira bored me, but I liked Ghost in the Shell. Is that sequel or series they did worth watching?

i didn't like the series too much. taking somebody that loves meandering Gainaxy plots and gving them a series is..... not my idea of fun.

the second movie was an enjoyable mocie that would be a good movie if it didn't have to live up to being a sequel to GHOST IN THE FUCKING SHELL.

and you say classic, i hear "you sir, are getting OLD.". sigh.
