I'm in a really good mood. This rarely happens.

My aunt goes to spinning class at 6AM or something, and that always made me think america is weird. Good to know people do it at reasonable times while playing motown tunes too.

That's cool. Which Y are you going to? I'm debating on joining one of those. Depends how my year goes. If all goes well money wise I may join this semi-new swanky gym I keep getting invitations to. It honestly looks like the people there would be walking around drinking cocktails as opposed to working out. The place intrigues me.

It's the one in Hyde Park. It's pretty nice, as they just renovated the whole place in the last year or so and have a new swimming pool and all new exercise machines. It's actually slightly more expensive than the other chain gyms around me if you're doing an annual contract, but I'm just here for 3 months, so I went for the place with the cheapest regular monthly fee. It's also a 10-minute walk from my house and I would hate myself if I drove to a gym.

I know that place. It's like 2 minutes away from the skate park I used to go to all the time.

gae :p

Just got a new driver's license to replace the one I lost. And guess what? Since I'm 21 now it's one of the horizontal one's instead of the "Warning! Underager Alert" vertical ones. I feel like I'm finally one of the cool kids.

I also have the house to myself so I can play guitar as loud as I want.

I was wondering can you have a license delivered to you in the mail instead of going in once you have one in state?

For Wisconsin, you can order them online at the Wisconsin DMV website. I'm not sure if they will ship them out of the county though :idk:
I just didn't want to wait for it to go through the mail, and today happened to be one of two days this month that there's a floating DMV open at the library in my town.

Woohoo, I just had a nice solo jam sesh. I wrote a song in about ten minutes; everything I played just seemed to fit together, but not in a cliched I-IV-V kind of way. Then I decided to learn a couple Moving Units songs and I was reminded of how great their album Dangerous Dreams is. They were one of the first bands I got into in high school when I came out of my classic-rock-only shell. Early-mid 00's dance-punk gives me mad nostalgia. It totally reminded me of what I've always wanted my guitar tone to sound like.

I hate the way states do licenses differently like that. Also, Vertical licenses look retarded.
