Lol. I keep trying to get more into SC2, but I don't like putting so much time in if I'm just playing by myself. Almost no one I know plays though.

I hate SC2 right now. Last night I played my new season placement match. Dominated the game. I have won every placement match I have ever played. Every season. Have never lost one. And I got placed - once again - in silver.

One of my friends that has lost almost every placement match ever, was placed in platinum.

Your placement match is basically just a semantic game to show that you're actually playing, i.e., they can't place someone who's not playing any games. Your position for the next season is determined entirely by your performance during the 2-week ladder lock (the two weeks before the new season). And yeah, it sucks haha. EDIT: as someone who's basically exactly at your skill level I'd love to do some 1v1 practice sometime.

I never play any games during the ladder lock.

So annoyed with people constantly saying that Terran is OP. LOOK UP THE FUCKING STATISTICS. Overall Terran has a win ratio of under 50%. The race with the highest win ratio is Protoss.

I thought that league placement didn't have to do with whether you win the matches or not, but rather by your apm.

Anyway, I quit playing melee ages ago. Now I just play SotIS. And I suck at it. But it's fun
