But non-alcoholic apple cider is 100000x better than the shit they sell all year round as "apple juice."

dude... you've obviously never been here... the schnaps is added to control the fermentation. It's not a sweetener... at all. You add it in small amounts to get it "harsher" or "smoother"... you know.. it's all about the fermentation.

Ohhhhh, I thought you meant you mixed the finished cider with schnapps like a cocktail. That sounds really interesting! Can't believe this was all misunderstandings on my part, I am not doing well today!

That's what I did with the cinnamon schnaps, but again it was just juice hahaha. CROSS CULTURAL CONFUSION.

But yeah I want to try some of schlatte's cider cuz it sounds really good.
