Does anyone here do the Great Pumpkin, where the kids set out candy and the great pumpkin (as in the parents) take the candy and replace it with a toy or something? I always did that as a kid, and my younger brother (10) still does.

No, but here we have the "dumping log". Someone hides in a hollow treetrunk with a bag of candy. Then a fuckton of kids start hitting it with sticks while chanting "shit, log, shit", and candy gets thrown out of one end of the log. It´s entertaining to watch, to say the least.
