Last year was terrible. I'm up in the mountains at about 6000 feet, and it can seriously suck when it snows. Last january we got 42 inches. IN ONE NIGHT. I got snowed in three times. Not just having to shovel out the driveway, mind you - we had to get a bulldozer to clear the road.
Then, as winter's final "fuck you," we had snow hang around until June. I went from someone who loved winter, snow, and the holidays, to being the old man that starts grumbling about snow in August.
I'm totally not ready for it to be winter yet. A couple dustings are fine, but I seriously hope that the real snow stays the hell away until Christmas or New Year's.
