I broke my arm in various ways three times. So........not much of a skater anymore.

finally got my fucking cast off yesterday. 8 weeks. and now, physical therapy because i can't walk normally without it.

Get a deck from Krooked/Anti-Hero/Toy Machine/Anyone who has their decks made by Deluxe. Deluxe is the only company that gets their wood from within the country, and not having gone through a bazillion different temperature zones while being imported makes a ton of difference.

I had a super cheap board that I used to use for travel but always had a pair o these on:



so that when I got to wherever I could do what I do best... (faux)BLADE!!!!

And before you ask "why didn't you just wear blades"..... well the bong/stereo/"Red Eye" (life before Red Bull) had priority in my bag and the soaps doubled up as regular shoes that I wore like a P.I.M.P to school everyday ;0) I couldn't do it (skating) now days tho too cliche/lame and I suck at skating so I'd look like another scenester. Though I do occasionally whip out my Spark Pro's and rip up the 'burbs..!
