I've had a goatee since i was 15, i've tried many different styles, my favorite was what i call the pharaoh beard it was a 10 to 12 inch long goatee that i used watered down gel to keep it straight, had to shave that off after a nationwide tour for work. right now I shaved down to a 1/2 inch goatee and i'm growing it all out for a full on beard. Our drummer does beard competitions and always has some kind of crazy design going on. Right now hes got horizontal sideburns on the neck with 2 dreads that are over a foot long and a soulpatch as long as the sideburn things. I think there's a pic in our blog (link in my sig). He's also known for shaving random bald spots in his head or sometimes actually shaving a real looking bald spot on top of his head.

It's nice to see we have a good amount of Beardo's in here, it hink we should rename this "The Official Beardo Thread"

That's the look I was going for, weird old sailor with boyish charm :idk:

I'm starting to get the smooth pedo-stache going... mainly because I don't have time to shave right now... we shall see... maybe I'll let it grow to a full pedo stache and give little children "the smile"

Wilfred reference = win. Or Winfred?

The problem with me bearding is that it curbs my fantastically well-defined jaw line.

Fuck that, be a man and grow a beard. If a girl still digs you with the scraggly ass beard, she's a keeper

This thread made me decide to grow it out again, will be growing a full beard and try to keep updated, and shaving it down after winter for a curled stache.

Gah I love ILF...

I donated all my hair earlier this year so I made sure to grow my beard instead...and the curled stache doesn't hurt to add in on occasion either.
I'll get some pictures up whenever I find my camera.

btw, phantasmagorovich... that is glorious.
