What kind of shower head do you use?

I have just the one that was here. And I live in an apartment so I'm never changing that shit. It's kinda a bummer though, I'll like move the head in hopes of getting a stream of water at a different place, but due to tepid water pressure, it stays exactly the same, just kinda piddling at my face.

It's a massaging shower head that disconnects from the wall with a long tube so you can move it around. I've never used any of the massage features.
