First off, anyone calling jayadeva a troll can fuck right off. He's a long-time awesome contributor to this forum, and he is one of the nicest fucking guys I've ever met.

Second of all, Billy is, has always been, and always will be a pissy, drama-filled self-worshiping cunt.

Third of all, no one here has accused Devi of fabricating the situation or faking the email. All anyone has said is that we don't know what OTHER conversations may have occurred between them that might have caused fuckface Billy to go off like that.

Fourth of all, anyone who doesn't think that Devi is fully capable of contributing substantially to a humungous internet-drama shit-storm of Katrina-like proportions hasn't been following her online for very long. However, I am not accusing Devi of anything, just saying Devi probably could have helped bring the temperature down a few thousand degrees at a couple points, but I think even she will admit that is most certainly not her style.

the whole thing seems like a match made in heaven to me...Corgan has always seemed like the biggest jackwagon in modern rock to me--i'll always love Sharon Osbourne, during her brief tenure as manager of Zwan, for calling him "a baldy cunt in a dress"--and the posters on that Netphoria thread are the most astounding and appalling collection of PC bigots i've seen in quite some time. they should all set each other on fire and improve the planet.

This could have been easily avoided. This is what happens when you mix your personal life with work. I'm not telling you you have to change, but if your online presence continues to be Devi Ever the person, AND Devi Ever the company, you will continue to be dragged into the sort of rubbish. It is cool to be able to say "I can interact with the owner of this company, or a member of this band," or whomever else the internet can bring together, but you have to ask yourself why Tom, or Ryan, or Aen, or any of the other builders here, or Marc (from Skreddy), or Paul C, etc, doesn't have this kind of stuff follow them around.

When you're involved in something bigger than yourself you often have to hold your tongue, or take one on the cheek, or up the arse. People get screwed over all the time. It's part of life. It doesn't mean you have to enjoy it, you just have to choose your battles wisely, because if you take part in every war you will wear yourself out quickly. I wish we were for reals friends IRL, because maybe something I would say could mean something. This isn't a jab, which I'm sure I have done in the past, and for that I'm sorry.
