Facebook sucks...I set up an account solely so I could live-chat w/my kid when she's away@school and 68 people I've never heard of wanted me to friend them so they could sell me stuff I don't want. And her mother/my ex kept bugging me to buy virtual shit from her virtual store so she could get more points for something-or-other. Gonna get Skype instead.

Skype is damn good for vid calls, if you and her have a smart phone check out Viber. it's like Skype where it's free as long as both people have the app installed, but it's only phone calls and texts. the NEAT thing is that it works on wifi and 3g networks. Skype you have to pay to make/receive calls if you go off of a wifi network.

i use it with my grrL when she's in Japan. she actually told me about it. i'm slowling making her tiny bits more nerd like! i'm so PROUD of her!!
