sooooo..... there IS a thing called The Expressionator coming out soon. the guys that are doing it are pretty much done with the innards, it's down to getting the enclosures how they want 'em at a price that lets them keep the end product in the price range they were shooting for.
it's going to be an expression out multiplyer. it'll take one exp pedal in and send it to 3 outs that you can run each simultaneously or in whatever combination on/off you want. i am EXCITE.

That's a good tip! I ordered two moog ep2's because they're cheap and I am still experimenting with using expression pedals. I will see how they go and watch out for that Expressionator, which sounds great! It is a router type of pedal, right? So you hookup an expression pedal and it will let you route it to any combination of three pedals? Any links?
there's gonna be five demo boxes going out pretty soon, any tweaks necessary will be done then they'll start listing them for sale. it's an AWESOME idea, and it'll make me start hauling around an exp pedal again.
lulz. and yeah, the EP-2 rokks pretty ballz. surprisingly sturdy for a $40 pedal.

I got a switch to allow one of the oscillators to be turned off (aka 2525), and I had the texture control taken off and added a high pass filter (which surprisingly changes the texture AND tone). The 2525 is awesome, and more manageable, and the 4545 is just beastly. I feel all of my squelchy, gated, ripping, oscillation, weirdness is taken care of.
And the Echolution is such a badass pedal. Such an inspiring thing to play. I had never even thought about it until recently, and I have to say it's pretty underrated.

It does... It's not a traditional looper though. It's very much like the old digitech PDS sampler/delays. I'm getting a switch made to be able to access the looper, and reverse mods on the fly.

It's a fuzzface made by Greg Radawich. He builds for Black Cat pedals.
It's pretty awesome. Each transistor is on a switch and is at a different gain range, this works great using the bias knob to get those velcroy/vintage sounds. Also the gain is more of an input knob so it's the same as rolling off your guitar volume. This gives a pretty huge gain sweep. And there is a tone knob to go from thin and brittle to pretty FAT. He did an awesome job on it. I'll see if I can post some guts in a bit. So sexy, and built on a yellow turret board. I plan on having him build me either a superfuzz, MKI/II, fuzzrite or something else in the future.

Nice board, I'm glad you are likin the Echolution. If I wasn't getting away from bigger weird power requirement pedals to smaller and 9v only pedals I would still have it. I should be getting me sparkle motion today. I'm super excited to try it out.

Thanks man, I hope you like the sparkle motion. It's an awesome pedal. The only reason I'm not really in need of it is I was using it as my clean tone. But I can get that boosted clean sound with my fuck. So I chose to go with more pedlulz.
Yea, I think the echolution has some negatives (no tap in mod, and it's hard to time your loops without an led for tempo), but overall I think it's those type of obstacles that make it unique. It forces you to look at it a little differently.

Like most pigtronix pedals it has a goofy voltage requirement, meaning that it has to have a dedicated power supply for it.
