Has a bit of it at least. I was thinking about getting a MtKing Ruckus, but from what Alan said it rings mods out on chording much more than I wanted. The Octavedrone doesn't. And it's more noisy/cranky/quirky than the Torn's Peaker's I've tried. Was never able to get those 'ProGuitarShop demo' toanz out of a TP.

Octavedrone kind of rides the fine line between noise-fuzz, octave fuzz, and ringmod/ gated fuzz sounds. The ring mod demos I've heard were more noisy and less usable musically, tho that may have just been demos, I've never tried a pure ring modulator.

Space Fuzz seems to have taken a lot of the chaos out of the Octavedrone, and added some massive sustain the octave drone doesn't get, esp on lower settings where the gating is more grabby and sustain devouring.

No kidding?!? That's awesome news. I'd love to try a real one - the VST version has been a mainstay in our recordings for years...
