acknowledging race and age isn't inherently racist or ageist. there's actually been a pretty substantial amount of writing on how 'hipsterdom' is a largely white phenomenon which kind of 'flaunts' upper middle class 'white privilege.' (for example, shopping at thrift stores is trendy only if you're rich enough to not 'have' to do it, irreverent wearing of native american war bonnets feathers and other stupid cultural appropriation bullshit, etc.) depending on how much you care about sociology you might find it interesting whether or not you agree with it.


(scare quotes around white privilege because people tend to get instantly offended when i say those words together. totally not going to argue the concept, google it bros.)

That was hilarious, I'm guessing that whole site is an Onion kinda ripoff site. If it's not and it's a serious Christian site, which I'm 99% sure it isn't, it would be 100x funnier. The gay bashing part isn't funny though and is unfortunate, most hipsters (I'm this area that I've met) are much closer to the frat bro mentality.
