Pocket-size fuzzz, fantastic!

Is it even smaller than your Fat Sound Distorter? Are you thinking of making/selling a few?

It's bite sized!

Hey - could this be made any smaller if it didn't have to fit batteries inside? How small can this madness go?!?!?!?!

I have one of these..... granted it doesn't have a footswitch....it's still a small fuzz that attaches to the output of the guitar.

not to be a party pooperrrr

Well, mine is smaller than a dan armstrogn box still, an dit does have footswitch so eat it suckers! ;)

i'd consider doing a run of these... but

a. doing the wiring is way more time consuming than other things do to the small size. i cana make wolf computers faster.

b. i spent $20 for the batteries! locally. i checked online though and it would be like $5 for batteries.

c. the battery thing is jsut a novelty, i did it as a challenge. i dont know how long they would last! i still have to check the current draw of the circuit but i have no idea how much juice is available in the batteries

d. everything inside is super crammed. such that, you HAVE to insert the input jack before the output jack, if you do output jack first it wont stick in!

so how is anyeone going to convince me to make more!

Man, I totally wanted to do this, ever since I saw the DE Eye (Edit: PEEP. I get this wrong every time) cases and thought "I bet a stomp switch and two jacks would fit if only I.."
I'd build a dozen if only to increase the number of fuzz pedals I can fit onto one pedalboard..

Would be cool to do for like a giveaway or something...maybe the occasional one off...doesn't seem worth it for a production unit.

Still. Cool idea.

Surface-mount components done by a pick-and-place robot, the circuit board could maybe fit on the side of the blue stompswitch's body.. depending on how simple the circuit is? (thinking 2 silicon transistor-type fuzz?) most fuzz circuits are insanely simple.

I'm biased I guess? I used to build little BEAM robots out of scrap components that were around the sample complexity level, except the components formed the 'structure'

they were always pretty tiny
