Spear Relic RD. Excited to the max! Going to do some serious electronic mods to it when i get it. Considering putting some BKP Warpig 90s in it. Going to go all bukithedd on it and put in an arcade kill switch too. for the lulz. :!!!:

I have real arcade buttons like the signature lp. He is using a radioshack button on tour now. I dont know why. They break and they make a clicking noise. You can get a white one from me or i can tell you where to get them in any color. I also posted a schematic for a daul function arcade button. It requires a switch to select modes though. Ill hook you up with the simple schematic if you just want a kill button.

I'll set the fuzz low when I run other high gain fuzz into it, helps tame the beasts and generally sounds incredible. Another good combo is an overdrive before set to low(ish) gain but higher volume, clean boosting with a little dirt. I'll keep the Pharaoh's fuzz set higher in that situation, brings the heavy indeed.

I was going to get a white "player 1" arcade style switch, and relic it a little. I've a couple of other cool ideas for the electronics. to be honest, i wouldn't use the kill switch any other way but how buckethead does. I do appreciate the offer though! ;) My plan for the electronics is:
pickup selector switch, 1 volume, 1 tone (rotary 12 point switch), 1 something else. Haven't decided what that something else is, maybe a phase switch or something. I'm open to suggestions, but i'd want something to do with the tone. Like my current peavey has 1 humbucker (neck one removed due to lack of interest) and a spin-a-split control put in. Satisfies all my tonal needs. Something practical like that would be sweet.

you must get sanwa snap in buttons. they are the only buttons that fit. you can get them with the printing already on. the wiring is simple. just connect each wire on the button to each lug on the jack so it grounds the tip when the button is pressed.
