fuck yes!!!!!! got all my data off my dead hard drive. fuck the data recovery service of $1200. the only problem with the drive was the usb jack came off the pcb, and when i opened the plastic case for the drive i realized all i need it my roomates $7 sata-usb cable. data recovery is a fucking scam, maybe in some cases it does coast that much but not mine, assholes. but yay! all my musics back! u dont realize how much of ur life is on ur computer till it dies.

I don't know what data the average person has that is worth $1200. It had better be some fucking good-ass data for that kind of money.

I'd hate it if I lost my Julius.

Yes, my computer is named Julius, Julius Gerald Macbook.

A CD I've been looking for forever (and finally ordered a new copy of) came in the mail today! :yay:

Skillet's third album "Invincible".
IMO much better than any of their newer '3 Days Grace'-alike stuff :p

i love it when things turn out to be dead simple like that. last night when i finally got all my looping stuff hooked up, one of the LEDs on the ABY switch quit working; i was sure i'd blown it out with the repeated plugging/unplugging of boxes and gear, and was all bummed out, but later on it mysteriously started working again. it may have been a plug-to-plug short-circuit thing with the cords, or something in the jack-with-irritating-built-in-switching-for-the-LED, but i was just happy my little blue light worked again.

Hey You, I Love Your Soul, Invincible, and Alien Youth are the only Skillet albums worth having IMO.
Their industrial days were, by far, the most interesting.

Edit: Just went out and picked up a couple new pairs of plugs and the new August Burns Red (which is pretty great).

I still don't know exactly how they achieved such crushingly heavy guitar sounds :erm:
It was actually kind of a shock when I put the CD on...didn't remember that about them :thumb:

Bought myself a longboard, and rode it everywhere.
and now my legs hurt from pumping across town.
