teh dumblez are made in california, but I heard that he started out modifying Fender amps. So who knows, maybe Alexander Dumble only bought the chinese made Fender amps to mod.

Yeah I understand that, I was mainly curious because I notice a lot of SRV hate here and wasn't sure if it was musical taste of something else. Anyway, back to the topic, how close are the Joyo's sound to an actual OCD? I had an OCD and kinda miss it.
Think some of the SRV hate is backlash from the TGP people who seem to worship him. I think SRV is music that you have to be in a very specific mood to listen to. From what I understand the Joyo sound is pretty close and for the price you can't really go wrong, and if you hate it just change a component slime it up and resell it.

Thank. I've never actually been on the TGP, not even to troll. I linked here through the Blackout page and it's become my favorite forum on the internet.
I tend to lean toward local builders but I might check out the Joyo.
One time, at work, we had the radio on, and a SRV song came on. I made fun of it, laughed with the other guys, and then another SRV song played after that. And another. And another. And another. FIVE FUCKING STEVIE RAY FUCKING VAUGHN SONGS IN A ROW
