Nice to see another XP-1000 on the board. Do you pretty much leave it on Space Station mode all the time, or do you play with the other modes a lot too?

How do you fancy the TFP Goose?

And what's the pedal that appears to say Ventilator on it?

I dig your board a lot. :thumb:

The TFP Goose is a sweet octave pedal, dude. It can do so, so much with the Mode rotary switch. I don't have much use for the crossover distortion, except maybe in studio settings, because typically it mucks up my single coil sound.
All of the knobs are really responsive and I'm very fond of the Clean Blend.. I use cluster chords and jazz fingerings a lot so clarity is very important to my sound.

It's like the Pharaoh in the way that it really likes being pushed by a low-medium gain overdrive (the Timmy is the most recent addition to my board and I've fallen completely in love with it)
with a good push, it sounds really, really fantastic and thick, which is pretty much what my board is aiming for... Huge guitar sounds.

The Neo Ventilator is a really expensive ($500) Leslie rotating speaker simulator. It's spot-on, though, and completely worth the price, considering a real leslie is like 1k.. The only reason I could afford it, however, is cuz I work at Prymaxe Vintage in NJ and the discount rules.
If you wanna check out how it sounds, google Burgerman666's demo of it on youtube. His demo practically forced my hand to buy the damn thing.

I'm glad you dig it :)

Yeah the Pharaoh just stacks with things so well, I don't know how Mark did it.

Also, so jealous of your job, Prymaxe rules, can't wait for the new site to finally be up :thumb:

You guys should take on interns :poke:

Ohhhhh! The Goose (TFP). Does it have a wide range of fuzz even without a fuzz knob?
I heard that setting 5 and 6 are synth like... how it compare to the Fuzzhugger AB-Synth? Similar or very different beasts?
I listened to the TFP demo on Youtube... to my ear it sound more like an overdrive... but Youtube???

You have a very nice board. :thumb:

Finally back in town, and could get my board actually set up. Not sure about the Crush Fuzz still, it sounds great on guitar, but I'm not wild about it on bass. I think I'm looking for something a little...woolier? On the other hand, CCB + Ekko 616 is all sorts of awesome.

I had the TFP Goose for a while and it was a great pedal and the clean blend was great for bass,....I was hoping it would be a little more fun with the Utter Stutter,....but ultimately it moved along as part of a trade for a 2x15 cab.

No change from the previous postings,...but here is what I'm rocking:
