Magicstomp Acoustic. Will play the electric patches. And the gold is prettier.

Awesome :joy: :omg: :!!!:

You could probably sell the squire neck for about the same as the bass neck will cost you.
I payed $125 shipped for mine. Just make sure you get 30" 24 fret Longhorn neck.
Here is the ebay seller that has them: http://myworld.ebay.com/pitch_perfect_music/
Here is the listing of the last one they sold:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330563862925
If you contact them through this listing that will tell them the exact item you are looking for.
Allparts has them too but they are more expensive($155):http://www.allparts.com/Danelectro-Longhorn-Bass-Neck-p/DBRF.htm
You'll also need a new 6 string nut: http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Danelectro-Aluminum-Nut-Guitar-/390286268833?pt=Guitar_Accessories&hash=item5adedfd9a1
You'll need a left and right tuner too. If you can't find tuners let me know I bought new ones so I have the ones that came with the neck.

^ MEC, you rule! Checked ebay once, but not completed listings. I was going to ask the local store cuz he's an allparts dealer, now I can get $20 or $30 off it, and hopefully trade an Ibanez Gio I have been saving to trade to him... Might be able to get the parts this week! I've got tuners and a couple pickups... Time to start a new thread!

It's an Affinity Tele, do ppl still want the necks from those? I was going to keep it and maybe use it for one of those Xavier offsets... But I don't know what the difference between the fit of a Strat neck and a Tele neck is... Squirreling parts away for FUTURE GA$!

Ha! cool!
diff between a strat and tele... depends on year, make ect but, tele necks have a square end and strats have a rounded end.

Oh and parts gas is evil because you end up with all these projects just waiting for the right part :grumpy: Lets see.. right now I have 4 projects that are only a "few" parts away, some more then others... some higher on my "I actually need the thing" list

I recommend TGD for a good primer on Dwarfcraft.

Cool. More work for dremel... Maybe?
100% agree on projects. I've got:
Fender Toronado - needs rewiring and some repair work, which is where I'm snagging the Air Norton from.
Epi '57 LP Jr. - put a decent P-90 + new guts in so I can sell it for decent ebay $$.
Agile AD201 - Put the now-a-hot single-coiled Epi P-100 in bridge, S. Duncan P90 in neck, new guts.
Tele Bass VI is first on the list tho!

Internet was awesome when I used it on bass; now that I have a guitar I think it would be even better used in my setup.

I would definitely love to try one, even though it would seem the most redundant with my Devi fuzzes, but you really can't have enough crazy fuzz.

The TGD is drastically different than any other fuzz I've ever had, and I've had lots of Devi fuzzes (ND, DN, SG, so TP and SM, Hype).

I think I'm going to have a massive sell off when it gets here too.
There all might be getting kicked to the curb.
Malekko Vibrato, Blackout Effectors Musket, EHX SMMH, EHX Poly Chorus, etc.
I reaaallly want another amp.

+1

TGD really is an animal of it's own. I rock quite a few DE pedals myself and love the noisy brutes, but nothing comes to the TGD territory though... It's one of my favorite audio-bashers. LOTS of mangled audio and different sorts of noises in there, after one gets a hold of the dials.
