This might provide a leisurely model for the ILF HQ before going in the stock big time and moving the HQ to the Antarctic as planned several times earlier. It looks way more fashionable and cozy than the rugged old missile bases, too. (not that I wouldn't enjoy crashing in there, too, when leaving my secret Domum Bassus Sanguinis fortress).
