That movie is worth it alone for all the video game references. Loved every minute of it.

On a more positive note: READ THE BOOKS!
Also, Scott Pilgrim isn't just/really for kids. O'Malley is my age (30), as is Edgar Wright. Most kids wouldn't get references to Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic, Zelda, Seinfeld, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, etc.
Well, cool ones would.
I often rack my brain trying to think of something that combines so many things I love.
So . . .
