Well who would be that band? If you listen to Besnard Lakes' first album you will easily come to the conclusion that they are the greatest band that you are listening to at that moment.

RIght now I love Besnard Lakes, Yuck, Jay Reatard,No Age, Les Savy Fav, and Deerhunter. All of their new albums are the only things Ive been listening to.
