I had an Epi LP Jr Special (something like that) that would cut my fingers up. It was my first electric guitar when I was a kid. Terrible to learn on.
Luckily this Global has really nice frets. They're maybe a bit small compared to my more modern guitars, but they're smooth and level. The pickups are fairly weak but have nice single coil twang.

I think the jazzmaster body style is one of my favorites. It's smooth and curvy but still has something sharp about it. I think my next guitar may be a jazzmaster copy. Possibly in surf green as well haha, not to try and cop your style or anything (only color in stock).
