other than that the handle/spring bracket looks more like a Tiesco or other Japanese import, the whole assembly looks to be connected to the stock bridge/tailpiece by a riveted plate, the handle looks like nothing i've ever seen, and the string comb looks like a Maestro Vibrola. it looks like a Burns vibrato and a Vibrola had a deformed infant. i can't imagine that's a stock tailpiece, and i've never seen anything exactly like it before.

Yes, it appears to all be hanging off the tuneomatic stop piece / bridge. I've seen something similar on a Japanese archtop from the 70's that a friend had in college. I'll see if I can dig up a picture (it was a beautiful guitar, so I took a lot of pictures..)
