Although pterosaurs are close relations, they are not true dinosaurs. Even more distantly related to dinosaurs are the marine reptiles, which include the plesiosaurs and ichthyosaurs.
And just to get it out of the way, mammoths and mastodons are mammals and did not appear until many millions of years after the close of the Cretaceous period.
Also, Dimetrodon is neither a reptile nor a mammal, but a basal synapsid, i.e., an early relative of the ancestors of mammals and is not a dinosaur either.

I'm not sure how this proves Chocobos aren't dinosaurs, as you so boldly claim.

For me: Ankylosaurus. Just look at that sunnovabitch. Adorable and deadly. Oh, and there are spikes sticking out of his sides, MOTHERFUKING SPIKES!

Icky...an ichtyosaurus and castmember of the program Dinosaucers. Now im not brain surgeon....but i believe this proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the ichtyosaurus is indeed a dinosaur. Also they could fly spaceships and plat basketball.
