To be fair, I just re-read my email from Devi and it was actually less terse and more polite than I think I gave her credit for. It's more the time and lack of update that bothers me personally, and I guess I expected a worse response because I've seen her really lose it on people before. She seems apologetic afterwards too, I just kinda wish I knew which side I'm getting in advance.
Listen, I know that she's gotta have another life besides pedals. All I was saying was the videos and swarming her own boards make it kind of hard to have any sort of compassion. There's a lack of professionalism. At least give someone a estimate of when it'll arrive. Don't need to get all defensive. Nothing was harsh.
I'm glad she acknowledges this and is getting help. That'll get everyone everything they wanted...and the Console II will be out soon enough.

i honestly don't really care how anyone feels about devi at this point,(i like the shoegazer) but i don't understand how anyone can buy something from her and be like "OH SHIT EVERYTHING WILL BE ON TIME AND PERFECT" especially with thread, after thread, after thread, after thread, of people bitching about devi's customer service. yeah she suck at getting thing done on time and delivering on her promises but you want her pedals and there's not any other way to get them outside of making them yourselves. buy something else or just wait for devi's bullshit pedals. ALSO DRUNK(EXTRA HOSTILE)
