Korea yes. In China you would have to go through a proxy or run a VPN.

my cousin's friend did that. she was the last person you'd expect to, too. she came back an entirely different person. it's a truly life changing experience. i don't know if i could ever do it, though
I want to do this too. Shit, I just realized it might be in a position to do it really soon. This is probably a serious option if I don't go back to school next fall.
I want to go to like Tibet or Cambodia or some place way out there, be like Lord Jim, except not die.

Good site. Thanks! Next ILF meetup should most definitely be in South Korea. How many people are planning on doing this now?

Re: Teaching English Abroad
you could teach english in australia to immigants
3 floors of my uni building is teaching english with some other company
its all decorated like a kindergarden for some reason and they all sit in a circle on the floor
whenever the lift stops there i stare into the glass room waiting for the doors to close as they burn me with strange looks

There are so many different ways to read this, all based on various definitions of the word "junk."

You need to pay attention to these things if you're going to be teaching English
