Choosing a good band name is, like Lemmy said, next to impossible: 'my band is called fucking Motörhead'. Have to agree - his band is called Motörhead.

I just decided "Lake Effect" sounds like either a smooth jazz group or an oldies cover band made up of people who were alive when the songs were actually popular, so you can have it.

I'd need to hear them to be sure it fit, but I went with Inside Voices because it's the name of an album I did a couple years ago.
