My friend tossed a house party for me, but there was a distinct lack of booze. Then this carful of 21 year old metalheads showed up, gave everybody a shitload of beer, made things really loud for a few hours, and then took off. Nobody had ever seen those dudes before, or since. When they left a stack of CDs fell out of their car, but they made one guy get out and pick them all up. The sounds of Pantera blasting from an El Camino never sounded so sweet...

Went with a couple of friends to Manhattan and drank in a real bar for the first time.
Tried to pick up the waitress, several customers, ok pretty much any thing in a skirt cause I also got hammered.
The drinking age in NY, DC and a few other places was 18 back then.
