By definition, dinosaurs didn't fly (or swim). So neither pterosaurs nor plesiosaurs were dinosaurs.
Raptor dinosaurs, dromaeosaurs, were theropods that couldn't fly either -- a flying raptor is a (modern) bird of prey.
A bunch of spinosaurs would have been pretty badass though.
