So I'm not gonna lie, when I first saw a trailer, I thought "WTF, Facebook movie?? This could be fucking stupid."

But, I work at a movie theater, and one of the perks is I get to watch anything before ANYONE. And tonight, we watched The Social Network.

I was like "eehh, it'll be alright probably." But when I heard David Fincher was the director (Fight Club, Benjamin Button, Seven, Panic Room), I got a bit excited.

No spoilers here kids, but I gotta say (I'm a miiild movie buff and quite nit-picky on cinematography, production, writing, so forth), it was actually pretty freakin' sweet.

Yeah, I said it.

So go see it. Or make fun of me for seeing it. Don't give it a shit. Thought it was awesome.

Hadn't heard anything about this one yet. Social networking is a bit of a lame topic but I'll take your word for it and go and see it sometime soon.

They filmed a few campus scenes on my campus. My RA was an extra in that movie.

And no, it's not Harvard. ;)

i wasn't gonna see it, but then i heard that the real creator of facebook hated it because it was nothing like what really happened, so i think i might now.
