About to sign up for my first half marathon. Woo woo!

Re: Physical Activity
Hmm..let's see...I go to the gym three times a week, 30 minutes of weight/resistance training, then between 10 and 20 minutes of cardio.
Not to mention the fact that I'm in a wheelchair so...upperbody workout nearly 24/7
Went on a nice nature trail the other day..it was paved, but had lots of hills
fun stuff.
I complain alot about having to go to the gym but, once I actually do it...I'm one of the people who enjoys it

Re: Physical Activity
Went on a 6 mile beach walk with the lady the other day. It was really nice. *cheesy*
Despite my general lethargy, I've started to enjoy going on walks now that I have someone to go with.
I might get in a couple of games of DDR at the mall tonight, when we go to pick up the Sara Bareilles album.
