I gotta say... from the thread title I thought you actually ate some deodorant for some odd reason.... I had this picture in my head of you pulling out a deodorant stick.... extending it out all the way and taking a big bite....

I have the same vision quite often... except there's no deodorant stick, and I have to say "Hey! Not so hard!"
Just do it, man. When shopping for something a bit weird, always remember:
1) You'll never see these people again, and you wouldn't even realize it if you did. 2) The cashier isn't paying attention. 3) Maybe you're buying it for your girlfriend.
I wear men's deodorant, but I definitely wear girls jeans. Some of us guys are just too skinny to be able to look really rocknroll in a pair of guys jeans. Just saying. I am annoyed, though, at how trendy it's becoming...almost makes me want to stop.

it's just deodorant, people... a pretty unisex item if you ask me. cmon now - women's, men's? wtf they just put a different smell on it! it's the same shit.
just steer clear of deodorant with aluminum, especially if you're a woman.
"The health effects of antiperspirants are a matter of dispute regarding their extent. The most important of these involve research done to investigate the effects of aluminum-based compounds and parabens contained in antiperspirants on the development of breast cancer.[17] Aluminium salts from use of deodorants may very rarely cause contact dermatitis to the skin.[18] After using a deodorant containing zirconium the skin may develop an allergic, axillary granuloma response.[19]"
+1 for old spice. I use the original roundstick formula. I just love that classic smell. And as far as aluminum content goes, last time I checked, old spice deodorant was pretty much the only thing I could find that didn't contain it. I think pretty much every anti perspirant contains aluminum. That was a few years ago, though. Maybe things have changed?
