This is the Black Metal equivalent to 'Still DRE' wherein I don't care who or what you are.... it can be your Grandma... once you hear that main riff come in you're banging your head. Like with 'Still DRE' you hear that piano line and everybody goes "AHHHH SHIIIIT!"
I used to do "Nothing But Black Metal November"... I'm not doing it again this year (I actually haven't done it in like 3 years tbh).
I am going to listen to "some" black metal though... probably like 3 LEVIATHAN albums, and ULVER album, and a bunch of lo-fi shit from the 2nd wave. Call in a month.

There's a lot going on there...
1. Is there a no-wave / black metal hybrid band. Dandolin and I were posting a bunch of funky post-punk at one point. Is there black metal band that incorporates any of those musical elements (think like, if JAMES CHANCE had a black metal project)
2. TFW some days I prefer the newer wave 'transcendental black metal' stuff to the 2nd wave "And then I killed Euronymous' stuff... It's not everyday... just some days.
