Something as "simple" as a GC with the octave section footswitchable would be really useful. Add a gain control (and maybe tone or something), basically switch from (non)Computer to Glitch on the fly.

I was writing out gear goals for 2020 and decided I am going to learn to make shirts just so I can make a shirt with Uncle Doug's 'Sample Rate Reducer' on it.

It's already bananas at whatever it runs at normally. In fact, it's hard to imagine it even being more bananas as a possibility... unless you were to add some envelope/filter-y shit, maybe.
Uncle Doug... I could be wrong but I bet if you did some envelope controlled darker voiced dirty belton brick verb in a limited run... you would have enough of an audience that would buy it up.
We have so many of those that go from tame to distorted. I wonder if there is a way to do the inverse based on playing dynamics (the trail cleans itself up as it decays)?
