i had time to kill, and being a big mma fan, i decided to drop into the renzo gracie academy (which is a very famous mma gym that turns out some of the most talented and skilled brazilian jiu jitsu practitioners around).


i saw a dude with one arm choke another (whole) person out with a guillotine choke.





it was amazing.

(i was gonna take video, but i thought that could have been a touch offensive...)

You probably saw my good friend Gianni Grippo there. He's was a world champ a few years ago I do believe. The dude is chill as hell.
