It's purple, so it's good, but man% that layout is terrible IMHO.

Please tell me the Peak is garbage and a waste of money. I really want one but can't swing the cost currently.

Unfortunately, it is by far my favourite synth. Definitely not garbage, sorry.

Looks like they have a purpose-built tuner module that also shows the position of the volume pedal. The Shnobel pedals are just a TC Polytune rehoused with the PCB exposed under the treadle and what looks like a second layer of grip added over the stock EB grip.

I'm BETA testing one next week before NAMM. I'll post my results. Pretty excited.

So. I'd like some clarification here, because that not transposing sequences thing seems like the dumbest thing ever.

When a sequence is running, say in the key of C, and you hit a D on the keyboard while it's playing, it doesn't move the sequence a step up? I thought every synth (edit: with a sequencer) in the fucking world did that? If that's the case, it's seriously one of the dumbest missing features I've ever heard of in a modern instrument.

I read you can not. I have not read the manual yet tho (is it available yet?)
Monologue does it, Minilogue does not. There must be some serious hardware (processing?) limitations on their polyphonic implementation.

I keep hoping it does, but I’ve heard from two sources now that it doesn’t transpose sequences.
