But are they purple?Jwar wrote:2019-The year everyone sells their souls to modular.
Just kidding. God. Kind of.
I'm predicting releases of the same things over and over again but in a different format that makes more sense for someone out there.

It is purple. And that LED!
Everyone's getting some kind of delay this year: either a new one or something used that's suddenly cheaper.

It's purple, so it's good, but man% that layout is terrible IMHO.julius_deane wrote:http://www.effectsdatabase.com/model/ev ... e#pictures

This seems like something they could have done long ago. Might show up on some boards?

Fuck me, I want that. Really hope they’re giving Tom a couple for his troubles over the TM so I don’t feel so bad about it.tremolo3 wrote:

Looks like they have a purpose-built tuner module that also shows the position of the volume pedal. The Shnobel pedals are just a TC Polytune rehoused with the PCB exposed under the treadle and what looks like a second layer of grip added over the stock EB grip.MrNovember wrote:So they're doing what Shnobel has been doing for awhile now?julius_deane wrote:

Thanks for the hot tip... that's basically exactly what I wanted in a micro-looper, and I managed to scoop one used! I'd been eyeing the Eno Ex, but the Donner looksHeraclitus Akimbo wrote:(there's a less-common Donner-branded one with a switch for 1/2 speed + reverse that is)

I'm BETA testing one next week before NAMM. I'll post my results. Pretty excited.Gone Fission wrote:Fuck me, I want that. Really hope they’re giving Tom a couple for his troubles over the TM so I don’t feel so bad about it.tremolo3 wrote:

I keep hoping it does, but I’ve heard from two sources now that it doesn’t transpose sequences.tremolo3 wrote:I read you can not. I have not read the manual yet tho (is it available yet?)popvulture wrote: So. I'd like some clarification here, because that not transposing sequences thing seems like the dumbest thing ever.
When a sequence is running, say in the key of C, and you hit a D on the keyboard while it's playing, it doesn't move the sequence a step up? I thought every synth (edit: with a sequencer) in the fucking world did that? If that's the case, it's seriously one of the dumbest missing features I've ever heard of in a modern instrument.
Monologue does it, Minilogue does not. There must be some serious hardware (processing?) limitations on their polyphonic implementation.
