finally someone put a stop to Maradonas ego. As much as I don't like Germany (in a footballing manner that is, come on, I'm part english, it's natural) I can't deny that they're playing some brilliant football at the moment. Özil and Schweinsteiger have been brilliant. Klose and Podolski are always threatening. Lahm has been a great captain. And this Müller kid...what a player!

I honestly think that Germanys is going to kick them out too. Our defense is far too good for a team that relies on one player to organize the game. Messi was neutralized, same will happen to Villa and Robben. Argentina neutralized Özil, but then there were Schweinsteiger and Müller to fill that gap. Spain would have to neutralize Schweinsteiger and Özil (Müller has two yellow cards) and I don't think they will be able to do that. Also for Müller there will be another player, Trochowski is my guess, and while he doesn't have the spirit of Müller, he is a good player too.

I can't see Spain winning. Netherlands might be a closer call, given how they won against Brazil. We might end up losing against them in the final. But I'm confident we're going to whoop the spaniards arses!

You might be right but it wasnt our arses who got whooped on Eurocup final...

nah... football is about more than just passing it around in little triangles for 90 minutes like spain are so fond of. that would've been a nice enough match if it had been earlier in the tournament, but i want to see some drama in my world cup semi finals
