None of these seem controversial to me, although I'm not sure I fully understand your last point. Are you saying the concept of justice is universal?

Last opinion is related to how people like to qualify "justice" when they're really justifying injustice. Animal justice, black justice, corporate justice...social justice etc. Justice is justice unless it is not
